Aubrey Ducker
Aubrey Harry Ducker Jr. is an attorney with CPLS P.A. His practice areas include collaborative divorce, elder law, family law, guardianship as well as estate planning and probate. Mr. Ducker is a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Further, he serves on the Board of Directors of The Collaborative Family Law Council of Central Florida and is a member of the Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals and My Collaborative Team. Mr. Ducker earned his A.A. degree from Valencia Community College where he served as Treasurer of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. He then studied Journalism at the University of Central Florida, serving on the President’s Leadership Council and as president of the Society of Professional Journalists. While obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he served as President of the Law College Council. Mr. Ducker routinely teaches other attorneys for continuing legal education.
