Ben Anderson joined The Mayflower in June 2020 as Director of Health Services. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility, the Assisted Living Facility, the geriatric clinic, and the Home Health Agency. All health-related services at the community are under his supervision. Ben comes to The Mayflower with more than 20 years of experience in the senior care and the banking industries, working in various leadership positions – the latest of which was at Westminster Winter Park as the Health Services Director. He began his carrier in the Midwest working for the largest not for profit skilled nursing provider in the nation, the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, as an administrator overseeing a campus with multiple levels of care. Ben received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri.
