How would you describe the upcoming Waterside Residences at Bristol Landing? In a word: inspired.
From open-concept living spaces to an abundance of natural light and greenery, our designers and architects are using best-in-class techniques to create homes that provide comfort, security, and the ultimate in maintenance-free living.
Our new low-rise Waterside Residences will offer:
- “When you walk in, you’ll encounter a space that’s open and flooded with light,” says project architect Emily Jimerson. Featuring high ceilings, eat-in kitchens with islands, and generous 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans, the apartments will incorporate some of the latest trends in home design.
- Nestled amid green space, walking trails and ponds, Bristol Landing will be ideal for enjoying nature. And the Waterside Residences will take full advantage of the scenery, says Jimerson: “Every apartment will be a corner unit. Right off the bat, that doubles your exposure to the outdoors.” Plus, with large transom windows and balconies, you’ll have plenty of fresh air and sunshine, too!
- “When the SFCS team got to work on Bristol Landing, we wanted to draw inspiration from the elegance of downtown Winter Park – so we toured the area with the City architect, looking at individual homes, as well as Rollins College and the Alfond Inn,” says Jimerson. Combining exterior features like dark wood balconies and Spanish Mediterranean streamline stucco with airy, modern interiors will give the Waterside Residences a fresh take on a classic look.
- Security and Sustainability. In addition to style, Bristol Landing will be built on substance. From solid concrete block construction to multi-layered insulation, our buildings will be safe, sound and sturdy. In addition, The Mayflower has gone beyond what is required by adding supplemental emergency generators to run the refrigerator and lighting in each apartment, as well as building elevators and garage doors. Plus: Garages will be pre-wired for electric car chargers. “Bristol Landing will definitely be ready for the next generation of residents!” adds Jimerson.
