Bristol Landing Is Going Vertical!

What began as a bold vision for the future, supported by a strategic, data-driven master plan, is now becoming a reality: Construction is set to begin on our brand-new neighborhood, Bristol Landing at The Mayflower!

The largest expansion project in our community’s history, Bristol Landing will be nestled amid 16 acres of greenspace, walking trails and ponds on the west side of our campus. The neighborhood will comprise 50 spacious two- and three-bedroom Waterside Residences; a 9,800-sq.-ft. Club House and Bistro; and an 84,842-sq.-ft. state-of-the-art Health Center.

With site work complete, Bristol Landing will go vertical in stages, with the four-story Health Center – which was the catalyst for The Mayflower’s entire strategic plan – being built first. The facility will address an immediate need for memory support and private rooms, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices.

Designed around a “household” model that will be inviting and homelike, the Health Center will feature a 60-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and a 24-unit Memory Support area. Among the many distinguishing features of the facility is the short-term Rehab Center, which will be designed with a hospitality focus to give the area its own distinct ambience.

In addition to the Health Center, Bristol Landing will comprise:

• Waterside Residences. With six spacious floor plans up to 2,215 sq. ft., the Residences offer a refreshing, modern take on design, including open living spaces, eat-in kitchens, high ceilings, large windows, and lots of natural light … plus a full array of luxury features and amenities.
• Club House and Bistro. Serving as the gateway to the new neighborhood, the Club House will provide an elegant, warm space for socializing inside and out … the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, play a round of billiards with friends, watch the “big game” on the big screen, or enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the waterside deck.
