At The Mayflower, we are exceptionally proud that we have one of the most impressive employee retention rates in the country. While employee retention at LPCs nationwide hovers between only 15% and 20% annually, ours remains consistent at more than 85% — a testament to the friendly, comfortable, and stable atmosphere we’ve created.
